SHIPPING

UNITED STATES:

All orders are processed and shipped from Philadelphia Pa and will be shipped 4–6 business days from when order is placed. Items may ship in a shorter time frame if there are available units ready instant shipping. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take up to 7 business days days to arrive. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include order processing time.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At J. Fresco Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds apply to unopened merchandise from online orders and will appear on the original card within 7 working days of the receipt of your package.

Once your refund has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card within 7 working days following receipt of returned merchandise.

You may return your unused and unopened product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. 

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info (@) jfresco.co for assistance.
